Since launching business operations in 2021, Qualico Communities Dallas-Fort Worth has been committed to developing communities for area homebuilders, in one of the country’s busiest housing markets.

With resources and strategic planning, Qualico Communities collaborates with municipal and county governments, as well as homebuilders, to develop communities that are sought after by area homebuyers.

Qualico Communities DFW’s first project is the development of the second phase of Gideon Grove, a community located in Rockwall, Texas. The first homes to be built in the 84-lot development are expected in 2022. Future developments also include Nelson Lake, a 260-lot community also located in Rockwall.

While Qualico Communities Dallas-Fort Worth is new to the region, we are backed by more than 70 years of residential development experience in North America.
